A. Delivery & Shipping

Items are bespoke, and sometimes put together specifically for an order. We aim to deliver all items within 10 working days, this may take longer in some cases. We will communicate regularly and swiftly to ease any concerns ! We can deliver outside of the UK. If you are ordering from outside the UK please email for an international shipping cost before purchase.Currently, cost of delivery within UK is included in the purchase price. Delivery is completed using Royal Mail and all items are sent individually. This increases the chance of successful delivery should there be no one present to accept the parcel. 

C. Purchases

Payments are completed securely through your PayPal account. On purchasing you will be given the option to print a receipt detailing your order. A confirmation email will also be sent containing your order details. As payments are completed using PayPal you can be assured that payment info will not be shared with merchant.

B. Returns

Incorrect or faulty items can be returned for a full or partial refund within 60 days of purchase. If a return is required please email Wishing Chair Records via PayPal in the first instance explaining the problem with the item and we will forward you further instructions.

Faulty items can also be replaced if required. Please ensure all products are sent back in the condition you received them with a copy of your invoice enclosed.

Where the return is the fault of Wishing Chair Records, the cost you incur in sending the item back to us will normally be refunded.

It should be noted that all products are personally quality checked before dispatch so items should always reach you in perfect condition.
